“OH my god … I AM HUNGRY!!!”
This is what we scream, midway through our day at office. This is when we think – now what, go to the canteen (if there is), grab the pack of chips or chocolate, call for pizza or burger or take out our lunch boxes.
A lot of us do take our food with us, (I would like to believe that) but that faces two problems, one very little options for food to carry and second how much can you carry, one meal is not enough for the whole day!!! …click here to read more



children need only ½ or ¼ the food an adult eats. So don’t worry if your child eats like a bird because children can judge the amount they want to eat. Don’t force your child to eat more and more as this may lead to loss of his/her interest in food.
