Winter is the time when our body is most pone to infections. During this time, children tend to fall sick or have frequent flu attacks due to a low immunity. This also results in poor appetite, fussy eating and these in turn affects their height and weight gain.
The main reasons to fall sick in winter are lack of sunlight and also our body’s not so active digestive system. The children tend to drink less of water.
