Cabbage Walnut Salad

Ingredients
  • Cabbage ( blanched, finely chopped) 1 bowl
  • Walnuts ( soaked, crushed) 2 table spoons
  • Hung curd ½ bowl
  • Black pepper ( freshly crushed) ½ tsp
  • Raisins
  • Flax seeds ( roasted)
Instructions
  1. Blanch cabbage and chop it.
  2. Soak walnuts for 2 hours. Crush them coarsely
  3. Add ½ tsp powdered sugar, salt to taste and freshly powdered black pepper to hung curd, mix well.
  4. Add this to cabbage and walnut.
  5. Now add raisins and ½ tsp roasted flax seeds.
