Ingredients
  • Bengal Gram sprouts ½ bowl
  • Green Gram sprouts ½ bowl
  • Roasted Peanuts 1 table spoon
  • Fresh Lemon juice 2 tea spoons
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilies
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse the sprouts
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except salt) and lemon juice in a bowl
  3. Season with salt and chopped coriander leaves
  4. You can also add chopped carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, onions for added benefits
